A Busy Month for AMIYA ROSA!

April was a busy month for Lipa’s most awaited luxury community,
Amiya Rosa. Two Open Houses were held on the 14th and the 21st
of the month. Our friendly staff warmly greeted and welcomed all

subdivision, held an Open House to welcome its future
homeowners and to thank those who have already
purchased.The said event was attended by 40 guests
which includes Amiya Rosa’s Prefered Brokers like,
Land Specialist, LCG Global, VP Tapero Group, Lipa
Board, Batangas Board and Calamba Board. Only few
units are remaining as more units are being sold every

THE TWOSEVEN RESIDENCES PREPARE TO MOVE-IN!

Metro Manila’s most-awaited residential condominium is now on its final stages of completion and is right on track to meet its target turn-over schedule.

As of March this year, the final top coat of the whole building’s exterior has been applied. The main entrance and lobby has been completed and the driveway ramp leading to the upper ground floor parking have been fully constructed. Finally, both fire exits 1 and 2 are now ready for use.

The residential units are now also on the final stages of completion. Built-in cabinets have been installed in the kitchen and closets are now installed in the bed rooms. Plumbing fixtures for the bathrooms are now also complete.

Shotcrete Technology Strength of 3490 psi

ASTEC Materials Testing Corporation, an independent material
testing company conducted a test on Amiya Rosa Shotcrete
structure last February 28, 2012. The result shows that the
strength of our Shotcrete is 3490 psi, the first in Lipa, Batangas
to offer homes with this strength.

Pavillion Ground Breaking and Pre-Valentine’s Day Open House

Last February 12, 2012, Valentine’s Day, the Ground Breaking of Amiya Rosa, the newest and the first subdivision venture of PTR Properties, Inc. was held in Lipa City. The event was warmly welcomed by almost 50 participants.

Amiya Rosa brokers also gladly participated in the ground breaking. Some of these Amiya Rosa preferred brokers were the following: Land Specialist, VP Tapero, LCG Global Property Ventures, Inc. Lipa Board brokers were also present in the event.
The program started at nine in the morning. It was led by Fr. Cesar Gutierrez, PTR Properties, Inc.’s President, Mr. Peter Ty and BDD Manager, Ms. Melinda Alfonso.
