Last January 22, 2012, Amiya Rosa’s Grand Open House was celebrated in Lipa City. Amiya Rosa is the first venture of PTR Properties, Inc., one of the leading real estate developer in Manila, into subdivision development.

The theme of the Grand Open House is Chinese New Year. Model houses were decorated with Chinese ornaments to pay respect to the said  traditional celebration from the Chinese culture.

The program includes model house blessing, a Tai Chi activity for all the guests, a free Feng Shui consultation for interested guests, and an exciting drawing activities for the kids.

Amiya Rosa’s Grand Open House marks the beginning of the full-blown construction of one of the most awaited properties at the heart of Batangas. The event was attended by more than 50 people.
