PTR Properties, Inc. just signed a contract with Jose Siao Ling & Associates and Performance Contracting, Inc. for the development of the Fifth AT RAFAEL.

The planner and designer of this project, Arch. Jose Siao Ling is one the country’s most prominent and well respected in the construction industry due to his idealism in the practice of architecture and passion for work excellence. JSLA’s twenty-three years in service proves their integrity on their various projects that cover subdivision development, private houses, townhouse development, commercial complexes and shopping malls, institutional building, industrial building, hotel, leisure park, and multi-storey residential and mixed-use condominium buildings.

Moreover, the general contractor, Performance Contracting, Inc. with twelve years in construction business is known for finishing the project on time. Their major projects include townhouses, subdivision development, commercial establishments, school buildings and mid-rise and high rise residential condominium building.

Hand in hand, PTR Properties, JSLA and PCI will build the Fifth AT RAFAEL on February 2007 and expected to be completed by Third Quarter of 2008.
