the Fifth AT RAFAEL GROUND BREAKING CEREMONY

PTR recently broke ground for its second residential project last January 20, 2007 – the Fifth AT RAFAEL Condominium.

Inspired by the success of PTR’s first project in Kapitolyo Pasig City, Grand 21 Place. the Fifth AT RAFAEL was designed to meet the growing demands of our clients. the Fifth AT RAFAEL is a 7 storey mixed used residential condominium which incorporates good taste and practicality of modern-day architectural design. The project will be turnover on the second quarter of 2008.

A simple ceremony was held at the project site attended by the PTR staff, Sales Team, Jose Siao Ling and Associates (Architect), Performance Contracting Inc.(Contractor).

The customary placements of important documents into the time capsule were spearheaded by PTR Properties, Inc. president, Mr. Peter Ty, Ms Violy Espiritu, landowner and Architect Ana & Jose Siao Ling of JSL & Associates and Guests of Honor Mr. John Ty and Mrs. Rosa Ty.
