Mr. Peter Ty, or PYT as he is fondly called, is a man of vision and practical sense. He believes that the luxuries in life are found in the same simple and basic necessities of our daily living — clothing, food and a good home.

For almost twenty years, his businesses have mainly evolved on fulfilling these. The first ten years of his business career was spent in the family’s garments and manufacturing business. Owing to his innovation and originality, PYT created the brand and local line of children’s clothing, Moose Gear. A brand that is truly Filipino, a brand we can truly be proud to call our own!

Armed with a considerable amount of experience, he then started to venture on fish farming in 1994. This marked his second opportunity to provide another necessity in life, which is food thru GT Fishfarms. After ten years in the business, he has opened another chapter in his business career in 2004. And this time, as a real estate developer, with the recently established PTR Properties, Inc.

As he aptly described it during PTR’s project launching of the Grand 21 Place Condominium in 2004,

“This project is definitely special to me, for this building (Grand 21 Place) sets a new milestone in my colorful career…with open arms I welcome this as the beginning of a new and bright chapter of my third chosen profession. And in my own little way, I hope to fulfill every person’s dream, — and that is, to live in a place where they can call HOME.” - PYT
